We collect the following personal information when you voluntarily sign up for our waitlist and newsletter:

This information is provided directly by you, with your explicit consent, at the time of registration.

Anonymous Analytical Data

In addition, we collect anonymous and aggregated usage data for analytical purposes using Umami, a privacy-focused, self-hosted, open-source analytics solution.

  • No cookies are used for analytical purposes
  • No cross-site tracking is performed
  • IP addresses are never stored — they are used only to infer a general geographic region, then immediately discarded
  • No analytical data is sold or shared with third parties
  • All analytical data is stored and processed on servers under our exclusive control

This data cannot be used to personally identify you in any way.

Purpose of Collection

Personal information (email)

Your email address is collected to:

  • Register you on our waitlist
  • Send you promotional communications and updates about ReVault
  • Notify you of the launch of our products or services

Anonymous analytical data

Anonymous data is used to:

  • Understand how our website is used
  • Improve user experience and navigation
  • Optimize our content and measure interest in our various sections

Sharing of Data with Third Parties

Your email address is transmitted to Brevo (formerly Sendinblue), our email service provider, solely for the purpose of sending our communications. Brevo acts as a processor and is contractually bound to protect your information in accordance with applicable laws.

No other data is sold, rented, or shared with third parties.

Consent

Your explicit consent is required and obtained at the time you sign up for our waitlist or newsletter. By submitting your email address, you consent to receiving communications from us.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in every email or by contacting us directly (see section 10).

Regarding anonymous analytical data, no consent is required as it does not constitute personal information.

Data Retention

Your email address is retained for as long as you remain subscribed to our waitlist or newsletter. It is deleted within a reasonable timeframe following your unsubscription.

Anonymous analytical data is retained for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy.

Storage and Security

We implement technical and organizational measures on a best-effort basis to:

  • Protect your personal information from unauthorized access
  • Prevent any loss or misuse
  • Ensure the security of our systems

Analytical data is stored on servers under our control. Email addresses are stored with Brevo, which applies its own security measures in accordance with industry standards.

No absolute guarantee can be offered regarding the security of transmissions over the Internet.
